After unsuccessful back surgery several years ago. Dr. Raval scheduled months of return visits where she offered no treatment or suggestions to resolve my acute pain. When I asked her …”realistically what can you do for me”? In the essence her reply boiled down to I can go back in with (implied ) no success . When I questioned why she would want want to do this, Raval offered a hand shake in silence, obviously bidding me goodbye .I was treated like a customer trying to make a return to a reluctant merchant rather than patient in acute pain.

wouldnt, no stars
Dr. Raval did spinal surgery 2 and 1/2 years ago. I am still in pain, walk with double drop foot and take more medicine than any human being should consume. Without even knowing who did it or where it was done, Columbia Pres. and Langone (3 doctors) gave me an apology for my operation. Go to Manhattan, the inconvenience is worth it. I was supposed to be in the hospital for 5 or 6 days and it would up as 35 days in Staten Island Hospital and 21 days in Carmel Richmond.

Had a telemedicine visit with Dr Raval instead of a regular in person appointment. She was very thorough and clear with her thoughts on how we should proceed with my injury. I was very comfortable with Dr. Raval during our conference and look forward to resolving this issue.
