Rude staff
I have been taking my kids here for a while but really considering a new pediatricIan because the new front staff are very rude and unprofessional. This is a tough decision because Dr. Kotagiri knows my kids and is such a great pediatrician but I never want to experience having to argue with staff while trying to get my sick child seen. It was the worst experience ever. I asked to speak to the office manager several times and still was not able to. The visit before this one I can here one of the staff members in the back making fun of how you pronounce the rare genetic disease stating several times “I have Kabuki syndrome” until other staff members told her we were still in the room and to be quiet. All of this is unacceptable behavior and the staff members are not being held accountable as if no one cares about patients and their family.
