Communication is not great
Dr. Fatima is knowledgeable but not good at communicating. If I didn’t ask questions I wasn’t given much information. No meds or diagnosis was explained, I was given print outs about heart failure at the end of the appointment and that’s where I was told to get my information. When I asked direct questions she was able to answer but offered no additional information. I did switch to another doctor who confirmed she put me on the right meds and ordered the right tests, but information is also a critical part of the patient experience.
