I scheduled an appointment over a month ago. I arranged for childcare and drove almost 30 minutes to be told that Dr. Mattewal had taken the day off! No phone call, no regard for my time and effort. Had I not shown up I would have been charged. The only offer was to schedule me for another appointment in 3 weeks. Why would I do that? I wouldn’t trust my healthcare with someone that I can’t trust my time with! They offered no apology, no that’s unfortunate, how frustrating, etc. Nothing. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.

I was charged for a no show $35.00 even though I called and explained to the office manager that the reason we did not show was a little more complex--it was during the covid19 pandemic-scheduled 6 months earlier and we were out of town with my mother who was dying in the hospital. did I get an i'm sorry for your loss or any kind of acknowledgement what so ever regarding my loss? no what I received was well if you want to send proof or if we waived the fee for everyone...………...very disappointing as we like Dr. Mattewal-but they have now lost a patient and probably don't care as I was told my $35 fee would be sent for collections if it wasn't paid...……...

This doctor is the absolute worst doctor ever. He never keeps an appointment. Every time that we have had an appointment it has gotten canceled and they want to reschedule months later. We were in the hospital for 8 days with pneumonia and could not get a 2 week follow up appointment within 3 months of discharge. This was the second time with pneumonia this winter. The first time he canceled the appointment and just called in an antibiotic saying he was too busy with Harvey patients.
