Dr. Sileo is great! She takes time to answer my questions and offers me options for treatment as needed. I have been seeing her for years and I am very happy. She is quick to respond to emails too!

Dr. Sileo is knowledgeable and personable. I have had many interactions with her over the years and have always been satisfied with her approach to me as a patient. Scheduling appointments is very easy. Her staff responds very quickly to email messages and/or phone calls.I have recommended her to many friends and family members.

Great service and great staff
I come prepared with questions about test, meds, etc. Dr. Sileo is patient, courteous and takes the time to answer my questions. Her staff are helpful, patient and courteous too. MyMercy chart platform is easy to use and lab results are usually ready within 24 hours. I can ask the doctor questions about anything and she gives thirough timely responses.

Useless
Forget it if you need anything in a timely manner. My eye doctor asked for approval from Dr. Sileo before my cataract surgery. I was notified by her office that they sent the approval 2 WEEKS AFTER my surgery. When she has ordered tests, it takes weeks to get results. I see the results on the MyMercy portal long before I hear from her office, so it's not that the tests took that long to do. Luckily the tests haven't indicated that I needed immediate care or I'd really be in trouble. I've given up and now go to Total Access Urgent Care when I need to be seen. She's only a repository for my health history.

Unreliable
The only thing Dr. Sileo is good at is reviewing the recommended tests you should have based on your age. She didn’t even touch me for my annual physical. When I have had issues crop up that I need to be seen about in a timely manner, I can’t get in to see her. The office doesn’t even return a call to set an appointment.

Very delayed response from the doctor’s team! Its been a month i got my blood work done and they didn’t respond to my questions regarding the results! I called them many times and they took a week to respond, a week to tell that i will need to take a meditation but they need a week more to get back to know the dosage and no response from them again ! My test results need to be addressed quickly and they take a month to respond? Whats the whole point of doing the tests and not acting on it?

Initially I liked her ok; she seems to listen but doesn’t come off as super knowledgeable. Her staff is a little more difficult to deal with. Email responses from them on her behalf seem less than professional. And after my most recent visit, we were sent a second bill for over $150 claiming “outpatient services” when I had already paid for my visit, was there for less than 15 minutes, and she literally never stepped away from her computer to do more than talk to me. But because we couldn’t convince billing that these charges were inaccurate, we ended up just eating it after 6 months of trying to dispute the charges.

I've been going to Dr. Sileo for over a year now. I like her alot. I think she's very good. But her staff is terrible. They don't get messages to her. They don't return your calls. When you do talk to them, they do not have up to date information even from your most recent visit. They are argumentative. They make mistakes. All of this would make one consider changing doctors.

Dr. Sileo seems to not want patients. She makes it difficult to schedule appointments and seems to prefer you go elsewhere. She misdiagnosed my illness and it cost me a lot more money because I had to go to an Urgent Care three hours after seeing her. I will not go to her again.

I did not find her to be compassionate or caring. She did not listen to my concerns. She wanted to order unnecessary tests and had poor follow up. I waited over 50 minutes for my 1st appointment and had trouble scheduling my 2nd appointment. The staff has poor communication.

Dr. Sileo is a great physician! She takes the time to listen my concerns, she is pleasant and I feel she truly cares about me as a person, not just a patient. Most importantly, she is proactive and never blows off my concerns. If something i off, she is committed to getting it resolved herself or sending me to a specialist who can. Now , my husband is a patient of hers too. We would recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome primary care doctor!
