I've gone to Dr. Pickert about 4 yrs. w/o incident. Recently I've had significant issues, not with her but with her staff. I went to an appt Oct. 2019 to have scar tissue inside my ankle removed. When I arrived a few mins late, I was told it was an inconvenience to the dr. to work me in. I drive an hr each way to and from her office for treatment! Too, I am at a front reception desk which has to be covered when I am gone . It is very difficult to get time off work for appts. When I arrived, I was told they only allowed 10 mins, to deaden the area, excise the growth and sew it up!! I asked why they hadn't allowed longer. Turns out it was miscommunication. I was told I'd have to reschedule the appt! When I rescheduled I was again only given 10 mins for the appt.! I asked the recep if this was only to deaden it, she very weekly said yes. She didn't seem to have any idea how long it would take. I suggested "an hour?" I've had to wait 4 mos. to see the dr with 3 to go! Cancer?!....

I was extremely impressed by Dr Pickert’s thoroughness in determining appropriate medical service for me. She answered my many questions clearly and in a manner that imbued my trust in her. I was also impressed by the efficiency of every one I dealt with in the office and the state of the art documentation and communications they use.I am 84 years old and of the many physicians I have had, I have never left my first appointment having such satisfaction in my physician selection.
