Telehealth
During a new patient (virtual) call to establish care and get an updated prescription after my previous doctor left state, she told me she didn't prescribe that medication, referred me to reach out to other clinics, while making me feel bad for even asking for it. Call was over within 20 minutes, and then she billed for both a new patient (supposedly 30-44 minutes) visit AND a complex 'add-on,' whatever that is. Not at all impressed and will not be returning.

She absolutely listens to everything I say or ask. No detail is too small because it might shed light on the best way to help. She is genuinely 100% on your side. She's the only doctor I have gone to see for the past 3 years.
