Dr. Houchens is an excellent Family Practitioner. Takes the time to ask and understand any issues her patient is facing. Very kind with a caring bedside manner.

Dr. Houchens is always knowledgeable, takes every concern seriously, takes her time with me to explain everything, and always looks for new ways to help with my migraines. There’s never a wait and her staff are all fantastic.

I have been a patient of Dr. Houchens since 2014. I have regular visits with her due to a medical condition I have. She always listens to my concerns, investigates, and I never feel rushed. Appointments are on time and the staff is always friendly and courteous. I definitely would recommend her to my family and friends—and I actually did recommend her to my daughter who also sees her regularly and is very happy with the care she receives.

Dr. Houchens has to be the most lazy uncaring doctor I have ever had for my medical care. She is to lazy to do her own homework on a medical condition that her colleague diagnosed me with while she was on maternity leave. I expressed something was still wrong and she told me to just keep taking a high dose of naproxen and hurried me out her office! I had to go to ER and get myself a more higher quality primary care physician. Please do yourself a favor and find better!

I have been a patient of Dr. Houchens for three years. Dr. Houchens takes the time to listen to my concerns and never seems rushed. I find her to be incredibly trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Called the office to see Dr Houchens with a pinched nerve in my neck and severe pain running down my arm. I am not one to call the doctor every time something hurts but after hurting everyday for over a month-finally called the doctor. I was told no appointments are available until the end of April-this was the 10th of March. I was told to go to an Immediate Care facility for help. I then called the office to get the results and was told again to call the Immediate Care facility. No Help!

Support staff and nurses are outstanding, office is clean and pleasant, wait time is not bad at all. However, we have no confidence or trust in provider and believe she is too inexperienced to be our primary care provider any longer. We don't believe she can accurately diagnose issues because of her inexperience. She is polite and friendly, but the trust is just not there.

Dr Houchen does not properly address concerns in a timely manner, if she's even in the office and not yet again on vacation. I have been dismissed while having a medical emergency aMD ended up in the ER...now 3 months and 2 specialists later, I'm having to get a new primary care doctor because she continues to ignore a serious health condition that needs addressed promptly. Very unprofessional.
