The MOST amazing doctor
Dr. Francis is my absolute hero. She was my provider throughout the duration of my first pregnancy and delivered my son…. She was kind, empathetic and did everything in her power to make sure I was comfortable with what and how the delivery was planned. She saved my sons life during his birth… he was stuck and she acted quickly and professionally. She was amazing post-delivery too. She stayed with me for almost 2 hours during labor/delivery. I’ve never felt like I was in such competent hands as I did when I was under her care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was initially excited that a female doc had an appointment without having to wait weeks or months like some of the other practices I called, but I was very disappointed in the care I received. I felt rushed and her bedside manner is lacking. I had to ask a million questions to get the information I needed, instead of my doctor advising and informing me. I won’t be returning to this practice.

Most condescending and pretentious human being I have ever met. She was the doctor on call at RWJ after I delivered my baby. She spoke down to me the entirety of my stay and made what should have been a happy experience an absolutely miserable one. My fiancé and I could not believe the way she spoke to us especially when she called us stupid. She also refused to properly tend to my unique birth situation which put my life in danger. Aside from what she did/said to us, she BUTCHERED our son’s circumcision. There is a very clear divide in ANY profession when it comes to people who do it because they care vs. those who do it for the paycheck. She clearly does it for the paycheck and should never be allowed to touch another adult or child again.

Part 1- She’s a blessing. I was pregnant and Having some stress related complications. I began seeing Dr. Ayres and later Dr. Francis. It was Dr. Francis persistence that saved our lives. She was honest, upfront, factual, and I DID NOT WANT TO HEAR IT! That meant changing my picturesque birthing plan, that meant missing my baby shower... I think Dr. Francis on a daily basis, because if it wasn’t for her persistence and the fact that she does her job extremely well my daughter and I probably wouldn’t of made it through the rest of our pregnancy let alone delivery without one or the both of us dying! As I laid in the hospital bed recovering from delivering a child that was born about five weeks too early all I could do was think God for putting Dr. Francis in my path! It was an added bonus for me that she’s a black woman, diversity is huge for me and I probably treated her more harshly because the fact that she is an AA. But she never let that stop her from making smart, informed

This lady is the worst. Poor bedside manners, very condescending & just an overall bad person. She messed up my sons circumcision. I hated to see this woman. I had a UTI that turned into a very bad infection ended up in the hospital from 3 days because she wouldn’t listen to what I was telling her. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED... Maybe if she worked on her bedside manners she would be a better person.

Heartless Absolutely terrible, condescending, and rude. Didn’t listen or respect our birth plan that we setup with our Doctor who was not on call. Made what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives the worst. Performed a c-section on my wife of which she was over anesthetized and couldn’t remember the delivery. Didn’t even bother to come see my wife after the surgery. Never heard from her again. I never write reviews, but no one else should have to experience this
