This office is NOT accepting new patients unless you are willing to pay a fee to be part of their private concierge service. The United HealthCare website is misleading and false.

I called main number to inquire if they are accepting new patients as their website states and was told neither one is accepting new patients. I told the lady nicely that the website should reflect that.

Dr. Bacchus-Morris, Dr. Morris and their entire team are the most compassionate, caring, knowledgable and professional group of medical providers I have had. I am so grateful that I switched over to this medical group. I have always been treated with respect and my concerns are dealt with appropriately. I never am made to feel like I'm wasting their time. Everyone in the practice are so wonderful to work with. I am so honored to provide them with an exceptional rating. Extra shoutout to Melissa for always being so compassionate and going the extra mile as an aesthetician....you rock!

Dr Bacchus is one of the best doctors I've ever had for Primary Care. She is likable, kind, knowledgeable, and she actually listens to her patient's experiences. She is always supported by extremely efficient, courteous staff.

My first visit with Dr. Bacchus was June 2020. I want to say Thank you for a great experience! Both Melissa and Maria whom I met firsthad wonderful personalities and great professionalism. I felt comfortable from the very beginning. Place was very clean and special touches that didn't feel like a your traditional Dr. visit. I felt so calm and cared for. There was a television playing the most relaxing sea music that kept me very relaxed especially knowing I was going to receive the procedure, The O shot which I will review as I experience my results. Dr. Bacchus was everything I hoped for. I had a virtual first visit with her that was on my cell phone, which was very convenient and took only about 10 minutes. Dr. Bacchus was sincere which is very important to me. She explained everything in detail and kept me informed in every step she was going to do next. Always asking if I was comfortable. I felt no pain, she has a very gentle hand. I highly recommend visiting her practice!

I first met Dr. Bacchus in 2014 and was amazed with her demeanor, wisdom, and professional ability. She later had to leave the office she was working at and it took me about 2 years to find where she is now working. I took the time to find her again because she is my type of doctor. Friendly, very professional, and very straight forward. I am 74 years old, spent 20 years in the military so I have seen a lot of Dr.'s. She is, for me, the number one PCP th the Tucson,Az. area.

Dr. B and her staff are truly great people. I never have a bad experience from the time I enter the office until I leave. The doctor always reviews my medical issues and reports completely and answers any questions I have.

The physicians and staff are friendly and professional! I like being able to have my blood work-up done on site. Scheduling is usually not a problem. Dr. Bacchus-Morris and the Nurse Practitioner take the time to listen to me.

My long standing Primary care physician retired and I was in search of a new physician. Dr Bacchus-Morris came highly recommended by 3 of my friends. I was able to get an appointment easily. My first appointment was to be an 'initial' visit and review. She had thoroughly read my chart and after getting some basic details from me, we talked about my medical history, any concerns I had, and spent a few minutes getting to know one another. She is very personable, and a good listener. She also had some good questions for me. She noticed on my chart that I was due for my yearly exam and stated that we could get the blood work done that day, so I would not need to come back for another Dr visit unless there were issues discovered through the testing. That was very much appreciated, saving us both time. The staff was very welcoming. They knew it was my first visit and each person I interacted with said 'Welcome to the Family'.

Dr. B was professional, capable, and kind. I would highly recommend her and plan on returning to her myself! Her intelligence and compassion are great combination for a positive medical experience.

Whenever anyone is looking for a new PCP (Internist), I ALWAYS highly recommend Dr. Bacchus-Morris. It is evident that she always reviews our cases before my husband's and my appointments. She understands his complicated medical history and has made wonderful recommendations to necessary specialists. Prescription renewals are a piece of cake and office staff is awesome. We feel like real people seeing a real doctor and never feel rushed or disregarded.

Dr. Bacchus-Morris is well-versed in medical issues related to my age group. She is informed, personable and thorough. Her recommendations reflect evidence-based interventions and are done in a collaborative fashion.

Phone and email support is awesome. Staff responds in 24 hours or less. Unlike my previous physician, I do not have to come into the office just to renew a prescription.

Wait time was minimal - maybe 5 minutes. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Visit was a positive experience.

Everyone in the office was very nice. The doctor and her assistant were warm and friendly. Dr. Bacchus-Morris took all the time I needed to ask questions and even brought up a few issues I'd forgotten to mention. I would strongly recommend her and AMG Medical.
