We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

I see Dr. Wait quarterly. I can count on getting in at my appointment time or earlier, if I arrive early. The office staff and medical assistants are welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. I feel like they treat me as an individual. Dr. Wait is patient in answering questions for me and checks for understanding as she discusses options or upcoming procedures. I appreciate her professional, candid communication style--I never feel confused. The team works well together and manages paperwork (insurance issues, visit summaries and scheduling future visits) well. I'd rather not need to see a surgeon; Dr. Wait and her team neutralize the anxiety and apprehension.

Dr. Fajardo has possibly the best "bed side manners" of any doctor I've had. She seems knowledgeable and is able to explain my issues in terms I can understand.
