Listens to you and takes time with her patients. Never had an issues or concerns.

I have been seeing Dr Keller for more than 5 years now and have had no issues. She takes my thoughts on to account and she is timely with the appointments. I love her bedside manner as some doctors I’ve gone to aren’t as personable as she is.

I understand the nature of healthcare and that most physicians need to be efficient with time however I have never felt so rushed with a doctor in my life. She rushes me and doesn’t seem to listen to my concerns. She comes off very dismissive and seems to want to rush through appointments as quickly as possible. I went back three times before she finally addressed my medical issue instead of minimizing it. Also she had a medical assistant in the room during my exam to type her notes which was uncomfortable but I wasn’t given a choice.

If I could give no stars I would. She doesn’t listen and will not work with you. I had two issues o wanted to talk about the first time I saw her and was told to pick which is more important and to concentrate on that one. I waited an hr after my appointment time to see her to just feel rushed through the appoinment. I told her what I thought was wrong and she completely blew it off. I read so many comments saying how awesome she was and waited so long to see her to find out different.

Both my husband and myself have been going to Dr. Keller for about 3 Years. We have recommended her to friends and other family members. She takes the time to listen to you and have always treated us with respect. I would highly recommend her.
