Doctor listened to me and patiently answered all my questions. She was thorough and professional.

She was the first Rheumatologist I have had in the last 4 years that actually listened to me and explained my disease process to me. She is very kind and takes as much time I as need. Her staff is very patient and don't get upset with all my questions.

A one star is being generous. I drove 2 1/2 hours for my 10:45 appointment arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I was denied my appointment due to paperwork not filled out prior to my appointment. The office manager said she would work me in that afternoon. I did inform her, I have another appointment scheduled at that time. I did remind the office manager I came 10 min early that should suffice any paperwork to be filled out. The office manager said it takes 15 min to fill out and they needed to reschedule. I did also remind her that my 10 min early was wasted on this horrible not patient friendly policy. A little note: There was NO ONE in the waiting room until a drug rep came in during this conversation to make a lunch appointment. For a new physician and trying to build a new practice this is a horrible policy and not patient friendly. I hope the Doc remembers who pays her and her staffs salary….. I will not be back!!
