Unprofessional and Inconsiderate
Telehealth
I waited almost an hour for the Dr to show up to my new patient appointment. When she didn't I called the office and the receptionist couldn't get in touch with her either. As a new patient this gives me a horrible first impression of the Dr and of the practice. This kind of behavior is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate of their patients time.

Best level of care!
Telehealth
Dr. Mikel and her team have always gone above and beyond to provide me with the best level of care. She doesn't just push drugs on me but works with me to find what works the best woth minimal side effects. Her and her staff are so compassionate and caring and truly want what's best for their patients. I am know by name with admin and they always check in with me to see how I am doing and to help me schedule any appointments that I may need. Everyone works hard to make sure I am well taken care of and it has improved my life in a personal and family aspect. I could not say anything but the best about this practice!

Medicine dosage was off
Telehealth
There are no more in-office visits, only tele-visits. Always late to appointments, sometimes more than 30 minutes. When I asked to change medication because of an allergic reaction, the staff said they sent her messages but she never responded or took any action. I waited for weeks and finally gave up and went to a different provider. So frustrating.

Made errors in my prescription dosage multiple times and refused to admit her mistake, despite behind presented with pharmacy records showing a sudden and significant change in dosage on a phoned-in prescription. Rather than acknowledge her errors, she first blamed others at the practice, then accused me of being a drug seeker, later resulting in a urine test being demanded of me with no explanation. There was not a hint of apology when the test results showed no wrong-doing on my part.

went to my new patient appt left feeling rushed and more confused than when i got there. there were cats roaming around in the office -_- felt that she was disengaged at times and scattered. many people go to a psychiatrist just looking to get medication and that seemed to be the approach. i feel like she is likely a good doctor but just not the right fit for me. one of the medications discussed with me was not noted so wasn't called in by asst, contacted to have script called in still waiting
