Dr. Allison Malcolm, MD

Please avoid this psychiatrist at all costs. She is terribly unfriendly, cutting you off constantly with her snotty attitude. I spoke to her about classes and she blamed me for my stress in the group work. When I mentioned cosmetic surgery, she remarked I had a broad nose and slants and to just accept it. She doesn’t even have any good looks to begin with to make any comment about people’s appearance. She does not deserve any respect. She yelled at me when I pronounced my medications wrong, behaving like an angry chimp. Crossing her arms, no eye contact, judging you like she’s always right and telling you what to do even though she doesn’t understand your full situation with life, classes, and friends. Very negative assumptions she makes and she deserves to be fired. Who put this joker as an aid in mental health? She’s that rude awful elderly that nobody wants around. She is so impatient, sighs angrily when she says she doesn’t like repeating herself when she’s always late &screwing up

Worst psychiatrist in the entire UMD health center. Her misguided treatment regimen caused me to get hospitalized. I felt like a number in line instead of an actual person, and it is very clear she is only there to earn money, not to actually help people. Not only this, but one of my friends has ADD and she refused to write him a RX without a note from their previous doctor AND a cardiologist, even though he's taken medicine for years with no problem.
