Great experience, explained things in a manner I could understand. Worked with another doctor and explained when we had to wait. Even took the time to personally bring us a pillow and blanket.

Horrible experience with Dr Keller, ER was very busy we waiting two hours to see her and she was in the room for less than 2 minutes and did not even explain anything. Made us feel like we were stupid and didn't even look or talk to my son! Awful doctor!

I met Dr. Keller after waiting for nearly 3 hours after I was taken back in a patient room with my daughter. The entire visit with Dr. Keller lasted about 3-5 minutes total and she was very disrespectful, she did not care what my concerns about my daughter were, told me there was nothing she could do for us and told us to go home and call a dermatologist. She has no bed side manner at all and didn't even look at my daughter.

Dr. Keller is by far the worst doctor my family has ever seen. No bedside manner, she mentioned that rashes even severe ones did not grant a trip to the ER and that there was nothing she could or would do for my daughter. Mind you I was referred to the ER by my daughters primary physician. She was super rude, spent no longer than 5 minutes max in my room and didn't even look at my daughter. I would like to how why she feels she deserves my money for her time too.
