I was diagnosed in July 2023 with advanced diabetic retinopathy by another physician. I required immediate laser treatment. Things were not progressing is the way that physician liked and in a very callous way, he told me to prepare for a prosthetic eye. Realizing I needed a second opinion, I found Dr Ho. Every step of the way, Dr Ho has been honest and forthright with my condition while offering hope. On December 11, 2023, he performed a vitrectomy on my eye. I developed complications that required multiple visits to the Wills ER, additional lasering and emergency surgery. Dr Ho continued to offer hope, compassion, and knowledge during this time. He worked hand in hand with other eye surgeons in different fields to help ensure my recovery. At one point he was texting me daily to check in! I couldn’t even imagine being on this journey with an other healthcare provider.

Kind, courteous, and patient. KUDOS to all the staff from the time you walked through the door all the way through to leaving and setting up your next appointment. I have nothing but praise for them.

Dr Ho and the staff at Cherry Hill Office were simply amazing. When you are told you are getting needles in the eye you want the best. I felt like I had the best in Dr Ho.
