Dr. Allan Schwartz, DO

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this doctor's office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk child Jessica was rude and lazy. She didn't bother to greet me or acknowledge my presence, instead choosing to scroll through her phone and have a stank face. When I finally approached the desk to check in, she acted as if I was an inconvenience. Her tone was dismissive, and seemed annoyed by me simply being at my appointment. Her professionalism and basic courtesy was horrible. I overheard other patients complaining about similar issues as I was sitting there waiting which confirmed that this was not an isolated issue. It is clear that her attitude and laziness significantly impact the overall patient experience. Customer service in a healthcare setting is crucial and this office failed miserably in that regard due to their choice of hiring Jessica. The rude and apathetic behavior created an unwelcoming and stressful environment. I left the office feeling frustrated.
