If it were not for Dr Kiipperman i wouldn't be alive to share the fact that my life would have surely ended some time ago but he has given me a reason to go on. My work comp case has been pending about 16 year now and they have completely destroyed my life with bad faith tactics. Allstat/Sedgwick/ Purington Law have not honored my rights and have refused to promptly provide me benefits. They have only caused me more suffering. Ive been to AMEand QME evaluations approximately 20 times. I almost lost my life twice in route to appointments the insurance is responsible for making. I was air lifted as a result of one of the MVA's. It would not have happened if they would have honored the labor code and the Rules of Professional Conduct. However the defense still are using delay tactics. They've shattered my life physically, mentally and every other way imaginable. Dr Kiipperman is the only person that conducted himself professionally and has treated me like a human and because he stood his ground when the defense used libel and slanderous defamation hoping to tarnish my credibility so that Dr. K would conform to their machinations which is writing the report to reflect the picture of me they've forged.. despite all the lies and false accusations they claimed about me, Because Dr Kiipperman believed in me, i am filled with the drive to prove that those who have purposely been trying to literally tear me down rather than faithfully discharge the duties of to the best of their ability, to make me whole again. Dr K had acted in a way that has allowed me to experience an iota of hope. Its all i seem to need to know it is solely that tiny glimmer that kept me alive to fight another day. I owe him my life.
