One of the most caring staff, Dr. Gittman is so knowledgeable! He finally has me on the right medication treatment my pain has increasingly lowered… I finally have my life back

I complained about hip pain for weeks which turned into a couple months. Dr Gittman said I had a bad back and it was sciatica. He did so over and over on every visit when I insisted it was my hip. I am an educated senior woman who was dismissed and ignored. After calling and crying in pain, he finally sent me for an MRI and I was diagnosed with severe degenerative arthritis of the right hip. I had already changed to another doctor shortly after his MRI referral. I was rushed by the new Dr to my orthopedic Dr of 12 years who then rushed me to receive total hip replacement surgery. Dr Gittman dismissed me and treated me like I knew nothing about my body or my pain. UNACCEPTABLE!. He then prescribed oxycodone to be taken every 8 hrs for the next week. I still have a few of those pills The pharmacy was so concerned they included a medicine for me to take in case of overdose. My 1st app't with the new Dr was changed for the 1st of the next month and I had an app't 2 wks later. Thank Lord!

Pain Management / Internal Medicine / Suboxsone Treatment available. Dr. Gittman is fair with patients and will know who's "doctor shopping" and who isn't. It's common for a pain management clinic to see pill-seekers come in and get denied. Don't let online reviews fool you. you know a good doctor when you see one

The worst physician I ever went to. He yells at you when you argue (politely) with him. Not likely to recommend him to anyone.

I love this doctor and the staff. They're very helpful and they actually go beyond their office duties to help you. The doctor is extremely intelligent and explains things in detail. I missed an appointment and they squeezed me in the next day with hardly any wait time.
