Pushy Doctor
Dr. Alla Kirsch is very kind overall, but a bit too pushy when it comes to vaccines. I stopped seeing her because the last two appointments I saw her I felt she looked down upon you as a patient for simply not receiving a flu shot or a covid shot. I will not be treated poorly by my PCP, so I have taken my business elsewhere and found someone who is not judgmental and makes me feel much more comfortable.

Dr. Alla Kirsch has demonstrated a high level of quality care, perhaps lacking in many practitioners today. I have seen her as my family doctor for nearly 16 years, and that is quite a compliment! Her staff is very helpful and understanding, another rarity today. Keep up the good work!

My daughter has seen Dr. Kirsch at the Cleveland Clinic - South Russell Family Practice twice in the past year. My daughter appreciates that Dr. Kirsch speaks to her (and not only to me, the parent) and is very understanding about her fears of visiting the doctor. Dr. Kirsch doesn't jump to throwing medications at your symptoms, and we appreciate that too.

I went to Dr. Kirsch seeking treatment for depression, anxiety, and insomnia. She told me I was too upbeat to be depressed and I should listen to podcasts to help my insomnia. She prescribed me a pill for anxiety and I had several follow up appointments that consisted only of a brief talk with her. I received a bill for a procedure and couldn't pay it. The office was not upfront about costs. The nurses were all very nice, however.
