Terrible Communication and Mismanagement of Care
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this oncologist. Communication was poor, and critical time was wasted during a crucial period. The doctor provided conflicting information and recommended potentially harmful treatments. Clear disagreements with the on-call oncologist regarding the diagnosis and treatment plan added to the confusion and lack of trust. We eventually sought care elsewhere, receiving more answers and better guidance in just a few days. I wouldn’t recommend this oncologist if you’re looking for clear communication and competent, collaborative care.

I was referred to Lynn Cancer Institute for IV Iron because I have Iron Deficiency Anemia. Did some research and found out that there is a better Iron that I could have gotten but no one at the office mentioned it!!!! I was told that the other Iron is expensive. I have insurance and I should have been given the option. Clearly.

I would never recommend this physician to anyone that I truly cared for. When she entered to the room, she immediately began to chastise me for not having the proper documents faxed to her the day before. This was before a proper introduction. She made very light of my recent cancer diagnosis, and questioned treatment prognosis of my prior Oncologist in Lake Mary, Fl., whom I respected and would not have changed, had I not relocated to Boca just days before. Bedside manner of mortician! RUN!!
