Dr. Alizabeth Truong, MD

Dr. Truong has been great! She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She gets to the point with diagnosis and treatment. She is punctual and sees me if I am early. She caught my cancerous and precancerous spots on my face and prescribed a topical treatment which eliminated them within a month. I have not had any more issues with my skin going on two years now.

So professional competent on time. We come from Vashon just to make our apts with her!!

If you REALLY assert yourself, and talk over her, she will actually shut up and listen for a second. I’ve been dealing with an issue for three years and could barely get a word in edge-wise about my symptoms and management! She even told me “there’s no way your skin looks like that without scratching and messing with it a bunch” even though I told her repeatedly I do not. I’m so tired of dismissive doctors who don’t listen. Unless you’re prepared to hardcore advocate for yourself and make your voice heard, I’d recommend another doctor. Because even then, she’s still practically impossible to work with.

Personable and clearly loves her profession. Pleasant and efficient staff. Note- I park on street and get a short walk to save on parking. She has managed my skin cancer and rosacea. She also performs cosmetic skin treatments.

I had an appointment with my daughter at 11:15am. Unfortunately we were running late. W@e called on our way to say we were late. One of the assistant said that if we made it in the next 10 minutes then it would be ok. 9 minutes later we are there and then we are sharply told that "we will have to reschedule". :-((( We try to argue and the assistant tells us "you need to leave now". Then the doctor appears and says that she doesnt have the time to deal with us. So respectful. And rude.
