Listens to me
I like her, I bring up a bunch of random new things each time I see her & she’s genuinely curious about what I’m saying. In the past doctors brush my problems away but she asks me if I want to explore further into the problem/ gives me any information needed. I go to her because I know I will be listened to. I will say, I didn’t give her 5 stars only because she’s not the most sensitive person, she will tell you how it is, at first I was taken aback but I would rather an honest doctor than a doctor I could call a friend.

Doesn't listen to the patient or read notes
I waited over an hour for her. She constantly interrupted, asked the same questions, didn't bother to look at my file before she walked in. Mocked me for care I was receiving before coming to her. I left there not ever wanting to go back to her. It was a complete waste of time. And referrals - I'm still waiting for her to submit a referral. I will be looking for a new doctor.....unfortunately, they're not easy to find...

Does not listen.
Frequently the wait time to be seen is approximately one hour. Dr. Sollee feels confident she is right therefore does not allow for patient input and appears distracted.

I've been seeing Dr. Sollee for the past month and have been blown away with how great she is. I'm a new patient, and had a great first meeting with her. I explained that my mother had recently had a brain aneurysm and how her doctor thought I should get an MRI to make sure I didn't. She requested the MRI, spent time fighting my insurance company for approval and got it ordered. She has been great at communicating (both on the MRI as well as basic blood tests results). I would expect that from a doctor I had been seeing for years, but as a new patient I've been so impressed with her level of caring, communication, and follow through. I would highly recommend her.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Sollee and I can say, if I’m able to control it, I will never make an appointment with her again. I was there to discuss a matter in which I had been seen for before, instead she drilled me for 40 minutes about something non-related. Constantly interrupting me, didn’t let me get a word in, seemed very uninterested in what I said, and when I brought up a concern, she disregarded it and said “it’s whatever you’re fine.” Definitely feel like you’re bothering her even though this is HER job. Needless to say, I left crying and will never see her for care again.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sollee. She's responsive, caring, thorough, capable, and easy to talk with me. She takes the time to explain things and makes great recommendations that work for me. I never feel rushed or confused. She keeps current with what's new in medicine. She even checks in with me periodically through the portal to see how I'm doing. She's fantastic!

I am very sorry that it has come to this. Dr. Sollee has not not LISTENED to my presentation of my health concerns throughout the many years I have seen her. Instead, she has created a fictionalized version of me, and of my health history, which she's then submitted and entered into my medical record. I initially requested to be transferred to another team after my first few visits with her, but was advised to remain because a new APRN would be joining the team which, hopefully, would improve the situation. Tragically, this has not occurred and Dr. Sollee has become increasingly dangerous!

Sadly she doesn't listen to what you say. She walks in reads your chart and determines what is wrong with you without checking your symptoms.
