My husband brought our daughter in to see Dr. Carroll for a school physical. She spent about 10 minutes harassing him about how she knew him and how could he not remember her. He insisted that he did not and she was very upset that he did not remember her. Besides that she was very rude and it was an awful experience.

Very satisfied, seen in 10 minutes. Dr was friendly, patient and a good listener. Suggested several ways to help my problem.

All I can say is she cares more about the saving money for the insurance company than trying to find out the root cause of the problem. Sorry - but you can't decide if insurance company would approve/not. Your job is to get to the root of the problem to recommend course of treatment based on the findings. Her words - "I can't call for an MRI right now as the insurance company will not approve it. Wait for 3 months and if you still feel this way, we'll order one!" This can't happen when the problem is interfering with your everyday life! Sucks that she calls herself a "Doctor"! Also, you are not going to get answers for some of the most basic health questions.

Dr. Carroll is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She takes care of me and my seven kids. Her staff is also friendly and professional.

Although the nurses in this pactice go above and beyond to help patients, the same cannot be said for Dr. Carroll. She does not seem to care at all about patient well-being.

Dr. Alison Carroll is by far one of the rudest doctors I have ever heard of. She saw my Mother and didn't act concern one bit about any of her needs, she was absolutely no help and her office staff is also extremely rude. I do not recommend this doctor what so ever.

Am over 60 and my Dr Retired. Had to find a doctor to treat me in my Sr. years and was really at a loss. Found Dr Carroll caring and compassionate. Listened to me and was not into the computer while I was there. Am at ease now and not fearful of aging.
