She charged me for services covered by insurance,was paid in full by insurance And for 3 months has been refusing to release MY MONEY that is supposed to be refunded. She didn't answer her billing depts calls it Gmail's. There's no other # to contact her except Dr Braunstiens. I am disabled on a fixed income- I paid her bill...$168.... But she won't give me my $ back. Like I said..never should have been billed for co-pays on this service. Check ur bills people....n insurance coverage statements
