I knew Spectrum Pediatrics had a good reputation so I was glad when I could get an appointment for my daughter. Dr. Ball was on time, very pleasant & caring, took plenty of time, and was just so good at explaning everything. I really liked that! We will be back!

There is no better place for children than Spectrum Pediatrics! Dr. Ball is a fantastic doctor for children! She was so kind. Dr. Ball made my son feel comfortable and at ease. She has such a nice smile and a comforting, calm manner. Dr. Ball patiently explained everything to us. This is a great pediatric practice!

This extremely intelligent lady was an absolute jewel to my son and I. I understood in layman's terms every bit of the diagnosis, procedure, and what to expect in the future. She took extra time with me to educate me, a concerned busy father, about my son's condition. Unbelievable woman and doctor! I feel optimistic and informed about the future thanks to this lady's thorough yet succinct nature!

Dr. Ball, Alison is an amazing physician and person. She is caring and loving. I only wish I had more kids to bring to her for care!

Today I brung my daughter to the doctor's office because her ear was bothering her and she had a knot on the outside/inside of her here. Dr. Allison Ball was very short, barely answering any of my questions and dismissive! She just kept saying it's ear wax and don't use q-tips. She definitely didn't explain anything or give alternatives so we wouldn't have to come back for a fourth time. She was in our room for only 2 minutes max and prescribed ear oil that my daughter was given in the past (didn't work) I told her it was the 4th time we've come about her ears and she clearly didn't care at all. Every one is not equipped or qualified to be a doctor! She need to work with animals!!!

Dr. Ball has such a pleasant and calming bedside manner. She took plenty of time with my 9 year old and make us both feel very comfortable.

She was very nice and eager to meet my daughter (we're new patients). Dr. Ball was attentive to my concern and I feel her Dx was accurate. We will return!!
