Horrible she never gets back with test results but she changes my medications without telling me and even changed one without test results. I consider her a dangerous negligent doctor

Diagnosed tumor the ER missed
I have been seeing Dr Harbison for a few years now. She has always been attentive and unhurried. Recently, she diagnosed a tumor the ER missed. I went to see her on a Friday, I was having trouble with what I believed was a pinched nerve in my neck. It was making it difficult for me to walk. She sent me for a same day MRI, she called and scheduled the MRI herself. On Sunday, I sat down and found I couldn't stand back up. I went to the ER. They did a CT scan, said it was degenerate disk disease, offered me pain meds (eventhough I said I wasn't hurting), and sent me home. On Monday, Dr Harbison's office called me. On Tuesday, Dr Harbison was ready for my appointment with a diagnosis (tumor pressing my spinal cord) and a recommendation for a fantastic neuro-surgeon.

Worst Doctor I ever had. She let me go for 2 month with a broken bone in my elbow while I practically begged her to send me to a specialist and then when her staff who doesn't know how to do anything finally made appointments with specialist they never checked to see if those Doctors took my insurance. Finally I googled doctor's myself and found one and went to her office to ask for a prior authorization so that I could see the orthopedic surgeon in 2 days and she coldly stared at me and told me she had a patient waiting. I had to go to their other location on Randall Mill to get the prior authorization. I wouldn't use her again if there were no other doctors on this earth. She does not care about patients or their suffering. No doctor should ever let a patient go around with a broken bone begging for help

Do not visit with Dr. Harbison. She tried to diagonose me with someone that required medication after 2 minutes of seeing me and not asking any questions. After getting my lab results back (which the office never called me for, and therefore I can to contact them), the diagnosis that she made was INCORRECT. She would not answer any questions I had about why I was visiting her because of "insurance" reasons and abrubtly left the room while I was basically naked. I could tell from the beginning all that she cared about was billing my insurance. WORST doctor's office experience I ever had.

Dr. Harbison does not care about her patients. She is very judgmental and will decide if you are worthy of her care. If she deems you unfit for her to spend her time on she will drop you as a patient without any notice and will not help you transition to another provider. She will simply ghost you without caring how that might impact you physically or emotionally. Clearly she has forgotten the words in the Hippocratic Oath she took when she became a physician.

This Dr.Alicia Harbison took over for my Dr. of15 who left the practice, went for physical in Dec needed health screening done for work, found out form was never sent have been calling for well, Went to get my script for my sleeping medicine I have been on for 14 years was told the doctor canceled it when I called they said it was because I told her to she prescribed me a antidepressant instead when I asked talk to her she refused. I would never have told her this. I could just go back to my other doctor, strangest experience I have had, still don’t have my screening sent in. Horrible!! Office is with dentist with curtain between them noisy, chaotic, gladly leaving!
