Dr. Alicia Hall, MD

My review is not to rant, but to caution others. My time with Dr.Alicia Hall and the front desk has been completely unprofessional and unorganized. The last time I was there, I wasn’t seen until an hour and a half after the appointment time was scheduled. I had blood drawn for food & environmental allergies. After a couple weeks I called for the results. They said they’d call the laboratory and call me right back. They never did. (Assuming they would when they got the chance). The next week I called back and the same thing happened. After about month, I called and they said they had the results & they’d email it right over. They emailed me back for the results of a DRUG test; opioids, cannabis, etc. When I called back, they said they’re not sure what happened but my labs they were never processed for sensitivities. I waited over an hour and she didn’t even spend more than 5 minutes with me. She’s extremely sweet and I’ve been with her for 3 years, but I will not be going back to her because this is a consistent thing with her. For the past 2 years, I have felt that I’m wasting both time and money. I am sorry, but I can’t do that anymore.

I first met Dr Hall at Life Signs over 6 years ago. I had gone there for my physical and she was there as part-time. She was wonderful, caring and through. That’s why when Life Signs closed, I called Dr. Halls office and asked that she continue as my PCP. Fast forward 3 years…the last visit I had with her was unbelievable! I've seen Dr. Hall several times now at her Jeffersonville, Indiana office and could not be more pleased. She and her staff are exceptionally pleasant and they take time to listen to and respond to my concerns. Her medical knowledge is outstanding and her diagnostic and treatment skills are top notch.

The first appointment I had with her did not go well. She was late in seeing me, which was understandable, as I understand she has many patients to deal with. However, when she finally met with me, she apologized and said she was late because she had so many new patient appointments. I totally understood, but she didn't spend more than 7 minutes with me.
