They don't care about their patients
I called her office twice, 9/19/23 and 9/20/23 requesting to speak with Dr. Dermer's Nurse, PA. I was transferred to a voice mail on the 19th (left a msg) and the gentlemen answering on the 20th said he was writing an email to her office. I explained that it was urgent since my unmarried & childless brother could no longer care for himself and I needed to speak with his Primary Physician to determine how best to send forms for Assisted Living to her for completion. Mind you I live in VA and he is in NJ. It has been 3 days and no return phone call. I will be glad to get him out of NJ as it is so disrespectful to not return 1 but 2 calls when a life hangs on the Dr's response. I would not recommend this Dr or the Freehold Centra State Office!
