I Know DR Coker and her team for many years, and her practice is amazing, you feel they care and listen all inquires about my health and always they have a fast response. Our family appreciate the personal and professional approach of her team, always willing to help and solve any issues.

Dr. Coker is a US educated Medical Doctor. I have been seeing her for over a decade. She always spends as much time with me as I need; I have never felt rushed. Dr. Coker is extremely thorough in her approach and treats the whole body. She has solved health issues that other doctors have not been able to solve for me. Dr. Coker makes very good referrals should you need to see a specialist. Dr. Coker's family practice does not include nurses, meaning 100% of your care is coming from the doctor. I couldn't recommend her more highly for quality care.

Doctor Coker herself would get 4 stars. She's professional, thorough, and cares. If everyone were like here, this would be a good practice to visit. However, the ecosystem around her is toxic. I was 11 minutes late for an appointment... for an appointment related to stress and anxiety. They refused to see me. They then proceeded to be incredibly rude and threatened to remove me from the practice. Another time, they were running late. They left me sitting in the corridor for 15 minutes with a bad knee and didn't apologize... Overall, I'm glad to have left the practice. Their approach is toxic.

I went to see Dr Coker last m and previously wrote a great review. I thought Dr Coker was a personable and thorough doctor. BUT her staff manager is discrediting the entire office. When I had called this office I hesitated to hang up the phone; manager was extremely rude and impatient with me. Granted English is not my first language. I had no time to find another doctor, so I decided to still go. Visit went fine; made an other appt to have a very crucial shot on 01/12 specifically for ivf. The day before I call the insurance because fertility treatment requires an approval. The AETNA agent asked to talk to the office to see exactly what they will perform, and the office manager refused to talk to her, shouting, this was horrendous. Same guy that aggravated me last month. The AETNA representative told me she was shocked and said she would report this on her end. This is UNACCEPTABLE. And on top of it, they canceled my appt the day before putting me in a tough situation!!! SHAME.

Office manager was extremely rude about my not being fully vaccinated with a booster. Refused to let me come in or even speak to dr Coker. I had just given birth recently with complications and was experiencing terrible anxiety and depression. They wouldn’t even refer me to someone else in my time of extreme need. I will never go back and hope this practice shuts down. Very sad.

Extremely unprofessional stuff! I called to receive a substitute for the vitamins the doctor prescribed earlier. The office manager was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional telling me that my chart is frozen due to me not being vaccinated and that the doctor won’t provide any information or see me unless I get vaccinated. He told me that the office specified that at my or ious visit which they never did and I never signed anything I Deyan don’t that acknowledgment. His behavior was so rude and I never go to see this doctor ever again.

Office mgr is extremely unlikable/rude. Dr. Coker, is not very pleasant either. Today, I called because I have a blood clot forming on my calf and I'm concerned about it. I'm being careful because I just had a friend who almost died from a blood clot after receiving the COVID vaccine. When the nasty office staff called me, they told me that Dr. Coker refuses to see patients who are not fully vaccinated. I have bad blood circulation and constant bruising. As I mentioned before, I have a friend who almost died from a blood clot after receiving the jab so I will not be getting this vaccine. But they refuse to see me despite there being an executive order in FL whereby a business cannot refuse service. They have no problem violating the law or their oath to do no harm and to take preventive measures for their patients. Hopefully this clot doesn't get worse but I'll have to find another PCP quickly because of the decision this Dr. made to not treat a patient in need. Shameful.

Dr. Coker is a very dry and cold doctor who never gave me the feeling that she cared about me as a patient. Her office staff is about the same. The office manager is rude and abrasive. I stopped going and found another doctor. Just an overall uncomfortable experience.

They have no flexibility. The doctor doesn’t go the extra mile to help you, she just give you the basic information. The only positive is that you can get the appointment very quick.

Sadly I can not say anything about her. We could never get an appointment cause her staff was extremely RUDE!!! Wouldn’t recommend this doctor at all.

They hide charges and send you later the invoice... something is fishy in that office. Plus her staff is rude... worst place in Miami

Seemless experience from start to finish. I submitted all of my paperwork in advance. They took me at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Coker spent around 20 minutes with me after my vitals were taken. She actively listened to my concerns and addressed them in order. When I was leaving, I was shown how to obtain my results and what to expect if any follow up was necessary.

Dr. Coker is great! Marc is a nasty, obviously angry, and possibly insecure “little” man, with a serious chip on his shoulder. He’s the ONLY reason I no longer see Dr. Coker. I don’t need his belittling demeanor. Very toxic person. A real shame for her practice.

Dr. Coker took the time to listen to my issues and concerns. She quickly and effectively resolved my health issues. I appreciate her time, expertise, and her care and concern for her patient.

Very good visit. The Doctor took time to discuss history and current problem, did not feel rushed at all. She also explained in detail her thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment

The best Dr. experience! From the person that greets you to the dr herself, everyone is great. Nice office space. Very professional. Always on time. Dr. Coker takes her time and answers all questions and concerns. Never feel rushed. Their automated system to fill out paperwork and reminders is awesome.

Fantastic service and right on time, as always. I have been a patient of Dr Coker for over 5 years now and it’s the best family doctor I’ve ever had.
