I am beyond devastated and furious with my experience with Dr. Shahverdiani, Dr. Sasani, and most importantly, their office staff. I chose Dr. Shahverdiani as my primary care physician in April, full of hope and trust. Before making this decision, I called his Santa Ana office, where I was assured they were accepting new patients and could schedule me promptly. On their recommendation, I immediately called my insurance and assigned Dr. Shahverdiani as my PCP.However, the nightmare started when the earliest new patient appointment available was a month later, in June. Despite the significant delay, I accepted, clinging to the hope that my pain would soon be addressed. Two weeks before my appointment, I received a call from Noshin, who rudely informed me that Dr. Shahverdiani would be unavailable due to travel.
