El Sergany did my dad’s stents. When dad got a toe infection we went back to see him. El Sergany did not show up for the first appointment. We rescheduled. Despite being the only people in the office, El Sergany kept us waiting for 30 minutes before taking 10 minutes with Dad. When doctors agreed that amputation of toe was necessary we called El Sergany’s office. A week later we still have not received a call back despite the receptionist assuring us someone would call back. The receptionist is the only good thing about this practice. Go elsewhere for care.
