Terrible bedside manner. Doesn’t listen to patients or concerns- very argumentative. Poor clinical judgment. Spent minimal amount of time with patient.

My kids love Dr. Awada
Even on days my son have to get his vaccine shots, Dr awada make him laugh and he forgets that the shot even happened. My son is 16mo.

I never can get appointment they said to call next day , they give you the run around you have to make appointment way in advance to get appointment. My baby’s been seeing dr Ali Awada for years, the person on the phone need to learn and say let me see what I can do instead of saying no and put you on whole for a while then hengup. They need etiquette training and I need to report this to the health department I’m disappointed in the dr answer there not people friendly

Poor staffing, unnecessary waiting time, poor provider listening technique to complaint. Takes forever to get an appointment.

This is the only doctor i know who prefer to listening to his staff rather than patient complaint. one of the strengths of a good doctor is ability to listening, unfortunately this doctor is not. if your kids needs medical care often please find a better clinic.
