Dr. Alfred Lee-Young, MD

Dr lee young has been my gastroenterologist for over 20 years! Can I say the best , he’s the best , listens works out great plans , that work ! I must say if he were to retire what would I do ?Trust this doc beyond words.

Dr Lee young got me in asp because I was having an issue with my stomach . The office got me in asp this . They were so sweet friendly . I went in I was sitting in the waiting room and I man approached me and introduced to me . It was Dr Lee Young he shook my hand picked up my bag for me walked me into his office. He had my information all up on a screen with my history . He ask me what going on I explained everything and my concern . He order a test asp for me . The office called me with the results. He very knowledgeable and personable and told me any other questions do not hesitate me to call him. Thank you Dr Lee and your office staff for me . My family owns Kelly Associates and I was very grateful for his staff and Dr Lee young to go the extra mile. I was very impressed . Sharon long owens

Never again! After spending a day prepping for the procedure, Dr. Lee-Young was more than 90 minutes late. I understand that things happen, but his staff said that he was "upstairs and on his way." They were visibly agitated at the delay (just what you want when getting a procedure) and just as I got up to leave, he showed up. No apology or explanation - nothing. During the wait, I was "graced" Gordon Dietz, with the most unprofessional nurse anesthetist who acted as if I wasn't in the room. He walked in without a "good morning," "how are you?" or introduction - not a single word. He sat down with a huff and immediately turned so that his back was to me and began looking at his computer. Very efficient and pleasant-our family has been with Dr. Lee-Young for many many years. Totally trustworthy and great environment.

Saw Dr. Lee-Young under recommendation for Lg Liver Mass. He did colonoscopy, I felt just to get his $ as he found nothing not even a polyp. He recommended a biopsy then never called me with results expected me to wait 4+ weeks until followup to find out. Very poor business practice when patient is waiting to hear of cancer. I heard in 5 days from my family doctor. After 3 wks with no call I called to cancel followup w/Dr. Young & complain. Was there 1 appt, saw him 15min very short w/patients.

I put off my colonoscopy for 5 years. I was preoccupied with the possibility of having an "accident" while waiting for the procedure to being. The staff disconnected me from the leads, 02 saturation, and helped me across the hall with my IV bag to use the bathroom one last time prior to the procedure. Everyone made this procedure that I was not looking forward to as pleasant as a colonoscopy could possible be. Bonnie, Ester, Kathy, Dr. Lee-Young, and the anesthesiologist...thank you!
