Why do they send the patient silly, redundant online forms and then totally disregard them? Every time I go in they hand me a clip board and make me fill out the same forms that I just completed on-line? So, I just write in, “See on-line answers.” The staff is rude and lazy. Want you to do all their work.

I am very sad today because Dr. Humphrey is leaving. I will miss him very much because of his kind, professional nature. I miss you already. If you fill in for someone let me know so I will make my appointment at that time.

I’m very thankful a neighbor suggested that I try Key Whitman. I had been trying to see an ophthalmologist for more than 3 months. Because the people handling my case were not forwarding any information correctly; I’m still waiting for the appointment. I moved on my own; and saw Dr. Humphrey. I have finally been able to get answers for what has been a major concern for so long. Now; I’m on my way to fixing the problem; and especially feeling better about knowing what’s going on. I feel so much relief. Thank you Dr. Humphrey and everyone at Key Whitman.

Dr. Humphrey knows his business and takes the time to explain all concerns and makes sure that I am satisfied with the discussion before moving on. That doesn’t happen very often with physicians these days. I recommend him 100%.

Wow!!! First time to Key Whitman today and I can't believe how nice everyone was!!! From check in to check out!! I was especially impressed by Dr. Humphrey! He explained every little thing to me and even blew up the pictures so he could show me the back of my eye. He pointed everything out and what it did! Five stars for sure!!! Also Miley was WONERFUL too! So nice and helpful! Kudos to her also!!!

I first starting seeing Dr Humphrey about 40 years ago. He is an excellent, very caring doctor. My husband and I moved to Wylie, TX almost 13 years ago, and still drive to Arlington to see Dr Humphrey. We both saw him today.

Dr Humphrey is an expert on explaining in detail about glaucoma. Right eye improved, left eye worse that he is concerned about. Made an appointment sooner than regular to retake one test for left eye.
