Dr. Alfred Beshai, MD

I had been struggling with severe lower back pain — I couldn’t sit, sleep, or do anything comfortably. I went to see Dr. Beshai, and he gave me an injection that honestly worked like magic. I walked out of his clinic feeling so much better. The pain that had been bothering me for so long was almost completely gone. I’m really grateful for his help and highly recommend him!

I have been trying to get reimbursed for 2 months for a procedure done by Dr. Beshai, who refuses to sebmit the appropriate paperwork to my insurance. I have tried to contact him, but he won’t return my messages. His billing staff is either unavailable or rude. I saw him a total of 5 minutes. I was completely serviced by the Physician’s Assistant. Though the procedure was successful, I was not aware of how painful it would be. Find a different doctor! Someone who cares about his patients.

Dr Beshai fixed my Fractured Spine in 45 minutes by injecting cement. It was a miracle. I was able to get out of bed without holding onto the dresser to stand up the next morning. Fracture site is completely Pain Free. Office is very Responsive and contacted me quickly when referred. Scheduling was great and I actually spoke with the office. An amazing experience all around. It's the best medical care I've received since moving to California.I have since seen Dr Beshai for treatment of Lower Back pain. Within 1 day of treatment I'm 70% pain free. It's like a Miracle after having Lower back pain for years.

Dr. Behai looked at his watch several times during the 5 minutes he was in the exam room. He didn't care about me as a patient and rushed out of the room.

This doctor treated me despicably during two separate visits to his office. He refused to answer three simple questions I asked and then stormed out of the treatment room, yelling, 'This procedure is cancelled.' I choose not to go into detail here, but want to safeguard future patients from bring treated with the cruelty and contempt he showed me. Beware.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to this doctor. Unless, he can administer an expensive x-ray guided steroid injection and bill your insurance upwards of $2,000 for each injection, he won't be interested in you. He also won't give you advice on medicines or techniques minimize your pain in between visits and he does NOT like to be questioned. If he does give you any pain medication, it will not be prescribed in an adequate strength nor will you be give enough to deal with your pain. For instance, if you cannot walk (read limping badly and in real pain with every step) he may prescribe tramadol and tell you to take it as needed, however, he will only give you 30 pills. He will also want to count your pills at visits. You will be treated with indifference by his staff when you call the office and your needs will not be made a priority. He also doesn't pay attention to what you put in written questionnaires or communicate to him verbally as was evidenced when I obtained my records.

He has moved to Mission Advance Path Management & Spine Center , Lakewood California . At first i was disturbed by the lack of explanation of procedures listed on the forms i was required to sign. He only talked about it after i made mention that i was not told of any side affects or options that the paperwork states the doctor discussed with me. I felt rushed , Only plus is when he gave the shots he did a good job. His staff is the great to work with.

He may be very helpful to others but when the procedure doesn’t go as expected he is terrible rude and doesn’t help the damage the procedure caused. I still have not recuperated from the injury his procedure caused and since he wouldn’t treat me I had to go to more experience professional centers. I do not recommend this physician. Accidents happen but it’s how they are dealt with. Beware

Phenomenal patient care!!!

Always goes out of his way to help. I had a trip with my husband to Hawaii and wanted him to accommodate me on his schedule before my trip. Kindly enough, scheduled me before even getting my insurance authorization, "Don't worry about it we will schedule it anyway to have you enjoy your trip...". Can't say enough about his care.

Lost my medical records and did not have any recollection of my first appointment. Never called me back following my first consult for the follow up care he recommended on my first visit. Did not show up on time for my 0830 appointment.

I went to see Dr. Beshai after many bad experiences with a previous pain managment doctor. He took the time and effort to dig deep in my case and thanks to his expertise i was able to avoid a surgey for my disc. If you are looking for a pain managment expert who is knowledgable, down to earth and wil go the extra mile then Dr. Beshai is the one you need to see. Thanks to him my life is back to the norm!

Young, new doctor in the area, so much impressed by my first encounter with him. Very knowledgeable, takes his time with his patients, so much appreciated. Look no where else, if yu are looking for a good doctor.

He is the best if you are looking for a real doctor like old days. He is your advocate and looks after your best interest not just how to make money out of you..!!! Thank you doctor, you and your team are definitely rare to find.
