Dr. Espinel is the Clear example of a professional who loves his work, selfless in every situation, knows how to solve extreme care problems, very communicative with his patients, presents a great medical knowledge that helps him establish accurate diagnoses, very satisfied for the attention I received.

Excellent experience with Dr. Espinel! Very informative and despite running a busy Emergency Room he took the time to answer my questions.

Dr Espinel is very kind hearted and understanding. I came in with my father of 90 years of age with advanced dementia. With the Coronavirus pandemia they were not letting me stay by my father in the Emergency Room. Dr Espinel heard me out and understood that if I was not at my father’s bedside he would feel very insecure and be very anxious and hard to calm down. I am grateful that he listened to me and permitted me to be by my father’s bedside while in the ER. Though I could see he was very busy, he took the time to explain to me what was going on with my father. There are few doctors as nice as Dr Espinel as well as the staff of kind nurses at LeHigh Acres. I will be forever grateful. Thank you!

Trust me when I say these other negative reviews are completely untruthful! He was one of the best doctors I've had during an ER visit. He was attentive to my concerns and really knew what he was talking about. Dr. Espinel was kind when I went in for sensitive matters and made me feel heard. I would highly recommend him, thank you Dr. Espinel!

I saw him in centre Alabama. This man does not have any respect for his patients. He Is terrible, inconsiderate, rude, nasty, smart mouth, temperamental and just plain uneducated about people- his patients!; I wrote a very unflattering review. Somehow it has disappeared! Do not use this doctor for a splinter! He is the nastiest excuse of a doctor I have ever seen in my life and I have seen plenty of them!

He was. very unprofessional during the short time he spent with me. I question his capability as a doctor as he told me not to come back to the ER unless I was having a stroke. I was referred to the ER by an urgent care clinic when my blood pressure was very high on a weekend and my primary care physician was not available. It is not a surprise to see that he has moved from hospital to hospital. I feel certain this is the reason he is a late night ER doctor in a small town hospital.

He is an ER doctor at ECM in Florence. Was very abrupt, treated me like I was a druggie (haven't taken anything strong at all with my pain!) ..Walked out in the middle of a question. Absolutely horrid and see why he is a middle of night ER doctor.
