Dr. Alfonso Blum is an excellent primary care physician he took the time necessary to listen to me and my medical problems and provided appropriate follow up and referred me to the appropriate specialists as needed. I found Dr. Blum recently when I was looking for a new primary care physician after relocating back home, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a primary care physician in northwest Indiana area.

1 reviewer hit it in the head. Never listens to patients. In fact, he was asking me questions and answering them 4 me. Bad bed side manner. Dismissive of patients suggestions without explanations, except 4 saying "I'm the doctor here". He also always pushing new drugs.

This doctor is always in a hurry. Very rarely does he listen to the patients. He seems more concerned with moving onto the next patient then he does actually listening to the pains that his patients are experiencing and trying to discuss the best method of attention and care.
