Dr. Alexis Falicov, MD

I saw Dr Falicov for a follow-up on my hip-back issues. We have solved the hip issues and are now working on the back. He has a great approach to finding out what is causing the problem. If he doesn’t know the cause, he will keep working with you to get there. I wasn’t rushed and it was clear he read my file info and looked at X-rays ahead of time - well prepared.

Dr Falicov explained my situation very well and used my medical images to illustrate. One of the best medical experiences I have ever had. Highly recommended.

He was very clear in explaining my condition using mri and x-rays. I think that he made a correct diagnosis considering I have an aberrant enervation in my lumbar spine. I like his conservative approach in ordering a nerve injection at L-4. And I like that he is allowing me to walk in spite of my pain.

Dr Falicov provided me with in-depth information about my options, speaking clearly and helpfully. He was both down-to-earth and very professional. Very grateful for his time!

Dr Falicov was very patient and took a lot of time going through my MRI with me. He gave me lots of information in a way that I could understand. He also tested my strength and gave me exercises to help me gain strength in my dropped foot. He was very clear that the problems I was having should get better with time and proper strengthening. It was a very good meeting and I appreciated his knowledge and kindness.

My neck condition was first seen by another orthopedic surgeon who ordered an MRI. This was not in Seattle and I was not confident in the surgeon or his diagnosis. Therefore, when I was back in Seattle, I scheduled a consult with my goto orthopedic, Dr. Falicov, who has seen me and another family member and in whom I have great confidence and trust. After examining my neck and reviewing my MRIs he concluded that my problem was neurological and not one needing surgery. What a relief. He is amazing and he is trustworthy!

He explained everything about my condition as no other doctor had since my accident.
