Dr. Alexandria Kragie, MD

Dr Kragie is one of the best OBGYN physicians, she is very thorough with her care and advice regarding your concerns. I have seen her for annual check ups and also problem visits and never have difficulty with being seen in a timely manner. Her prompt response to messages and relaying test results makes her one of my top choices when visiting Stanford Medicine Partners in Castro Valley CA

First of all, I've never written a review of anything before, which means my experience of Dr. Kragie was awful. She literally ignored multiple emails I sent to her addressing my history and trauma with vaginal biopsies and that calming medications have a paradoxical effect on me (severe anxiety). She did not provide or offer appointments that matched the intensity of the my symptoms (offered a phone appointment 3 weeks away). OBGYNs are working with women who are vulnerable and should be trauma informed and empathic. Her disregard of my concerns strongly indicates is she neither trauma informed nor empathic. Side note; I did find another doctor who was able to get me in the following day, and provide proper care and referrals that addressed all my concerns about trauma and paradoxical effects of calming meds. Ladies - don't settle for doctors who don't take you seriously!!!
