We received mixed messaging from Dr Cremeans.

I'm just not a fan. Something always feels off about this Doctor. Success is never celebrated.

While we are grateful for the other members of the NICU team who provided excellent care, Dr. Clemeans' lack of professionalism and bedside manner was a significant source of stress during an already challenging time. We truly hope improvements are made so that no other parents have to endure the same frustration.

Too young, too unsure of herself, too risky.

I recently had the experience of being under the care of Dr. Cremeans for my newborn’s treatment, and while I appreciate their modern approach, I did have some reservations about their age and experience level.

I found Dr Cremeans to be a wee bit too young and inexperienced to be dulling out advice on my child’s needs. I found the advice inconsistent and the goal post endlessly moved. For these reasons, I’ve moved to another doctor.

I recently had an experience with Dr. Cremeans, a young and seemingly inexperienced doctor in the NICU, and unfortunately, it was less than reassuring. While I appreciate that everyone starts their career somewhere, I felt that Dr. Cremeans struggled to make confident, well-informed decisions regarding my baby's care. There were moments when critical decisions appeared rushed or poorly thought out, which added a lot of stress to an already overwhelming situation.I also noticed a lack of clear communication with both the nursing staff and with us as parents. As a parent in the NICU, it's vital to feel that the doctor understands the gravity of the situation and can provide both expertise and empathy, but I found this lacking. I would encourage better oversight and support for newer doctors to secure the highest level of care for these vulnerable patients.
