Dr. Shaw was a patient listener and gave us the information we needed at a critical stage in our son's illness. We're grateful for her care and can't recommend her highly enough.

We've taken our son, who has been diagnosed with Epilepsy, to see Dr. Shaw at the Children's Hospital of Chicago on March 3rd. During the appointment Dr. Shaw was unable to read the EEG that we provided on a CD and she stated she would take a look in the evening and call us the following day. Well, it has been over a MONTH and no follow-up despite my wife calling and inquiring several times. We have not been given our records back either. I am VERY disheartened by this lack of follow-up.
