It took four (4) total trips from manassas to Dr. Spira's office. The first 3 were because of Dr. Spira not being In his office. Although there were 3 cancellations never once did anyone contact me to make another appointment or a reason for the cancellations.

I sought out Dr. Alex Spira’s advice concerning clinical trials due to his reputation as an expert in the field. However, I am saddened to report that he treated me extremely unprofessionally and irresponsibly. Without conducting any tests, waiting for any test results, or performing any additional investigation, he incorrectly advised me – based only on his perception of me during a 15 minute appointment – that I had days to weeks to live. His incorrect, irresponsible, and callous diagnosis caused me to incur thousands of dollars in unneeded medical costs and legal fees.
