Worst doctor and staff
This doctor and his staff have no ideas what they are doing. Nobody could answer my questions because they spoke broken English. The nurses had no idea what they were doing. I felt scared nervous and anxious at the same time. Thai was an important test but the nurses and doctor were so bad that they didn’t know how to do it and they were asking google how to do it. I have a video of it. The nurses were asking googling how to do a procedure.

Not good. Both in his office on Court street and the clinic on Ave P I had to wait almost two hours to see him. This was particularly upsetting when I was waiting for my endoscopy/colonoscopy procedure. I had not eaten for two days and drunken the disgusting preparation so I couldn’t leave. No matter how good the doctor is it is not fair for him to waste my time.

Had an amazing visit to Dr. Shapsis for my long-standing reflux. He is my second GI who finally made a difference in my symptoms. My past endoscopy did not show anything. After Dr. Shapsis did my endoscopy he diagnosed my eosinophilic esophagitis. Turns out my first doctor did not biopsy my esophagus to find the answer. Now I am on the right medicine and my symptoms are gone! Highly recommend my doctor to anyone!
