I’m sad to write this review because I really like Dr. Liwag, however, the office staff and their plan for seeing patients during COVID is really subpar. I believe the medical assistants are really lacking knowledge-I have even had a weight error with my infant which is a serious safety concern. Also wanted to bring my 4 month old in for a possible ear infection during COVID and was told they are not seeing any sick patients. We are 7 months into COVID and you should have a plan for seeing patients rather than only telehealth or sending to urgent care. E.g., well visits in morning-sick visits in afternoon, screening process to check symptoms, “clean and dirty” rooms, terminal cleaning of rooms post sick child visit. It is not right to just treat with prophylactic antibiotics or send you to urgent care. When I questioned the office manager of their plan, she was rude and unwilling to make any exceptions. This is poor patient care.

Third visit so far. My wife and I love Dr.Liwag. He is friendly and very thorough. Listens to our concerns, spends time educating us, and addressing them. Always feel great going to and leaving from the office.
