He listened carefully to my description of my problems without being rushed. We agreed on an action plan. He sounded very accessible if I needed him before my next appointment.

Listens to your concerns and takes the time to answer them. However, the office, with other team of doctors, is too crowded, inefficient and the scheduling staff is rude, and slow to respond (it took me a month to finally connect with a senior scheduler - after my threats of complaining to the hospital - in spite of my repeated messages with their operators) while I continued to suffer stomach pains. It seems that the doctors in this medical practice are more interested in revenue generation by attending too many hospitals to get new patients while not having enough support staff or not properly training the ones they already have. I ended up going to a different hospital and a doctor (who were efficient & prompt) for a stomach test procedure since my stomach pains increased but they couldn’t accommodate me earlier than at least 2 more weeks. I think keeping patients suffering for 2 months with a stomach pain is not a good medical practice! To be fair, it was not Dr Lee’s fault.

I liked Dr. Lee. I drove pretty far to see him and was counting on his help. I called after being given medication and got a response 5 days later and it wasn’t the correct message. I called back in 5 weeks and waited online to speak with the appointment person who didn’t ever answer but said will get back to you in one to three business days. The reason I called in five weeks was because I had left a message a week earlier about the medicine not helping and got no response. This time I left the message that I guess he has too many patients and his nurse or assistant doesn’t have time to call back the patient who needs help. I had said maybe a link for a portal is what I need to communicate. Anyway I’m very disappointed that no one helped. He came highly recommended is why I drove almost 2 hours to see him. So I’ll just have to find someone else. There needs to be a person in his office you can talk with.

Dr Lee always is professional and caring. Very thorough in treatment.

Dr. Lee is both responsive and personal in his care approach. He uses a thoughtful consideration to your case that makes for a better patient experience. Highly recommended.

My experience with Dr. Lee was wonderful. He was very professional and patient with me as I asked questions. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. His bedside manner was extremely kind and he followed up with me.

I had a procedure performed by Dr Lee and it was a great experience. He is wonderful at explaining everything that will be done, follows up with you and makes you feel very comfortable to the whole experience. He is a gem of a doctor and trust him with any future procedures I require.

Dr. Lee is very through and was so good with my 86 year old dad. I so appreciate his patience and kindness, he has the best bed side manner.
