If I Could Leave Ten Stars!
I was referred to Dr. Kushnir by my NYU Cardiologist to assess whether I needed a pacemaker. I was convinced that my declining energy and overall health were due to heart rhythm issues. However, after reviewing my Holter monitor results, Dr. Kushnir recommended an ablation for my high PVC burden instead. He took the time to call me after work hours to thoroughly explain my options. Despite my initial certainty that a pacemaker was the solution, Dr. Kushnir’s empathy, patience, and expertise helped me understand the alternative of starting with an ablation. He said, “What if I implant a pacemaker and you don’t feel better?” That question really changed my perspective. His approach was thoughtful and reassuring throughout the process. The results of the ablation were exceptional. At my follow-up, I felt noticeably stronger, with my PVCs brought close to zero. Dr. Kushnir’s expertise not only improved my heart rhythm but also my overall well-being.I’m incredibly thankful to Dr. Kushni
