Dr. Kotlyar and his staff were very warm, affectionate, professional and caring. The office is clean and the wait time is excellent.... Dr. Kotlyer had a wealth of knowledge and helps provide the best care.

Dr. Kotlyar has excellent bedside manners. He immediately made my husband and I feel comfortable during a difficult time. Dr. Kotlyar explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He was always so positive, which made the entire TTC journey a bit easier.

We're thrilled to announce our positive outcome within 2 months of working with the clinic and are expecting our first son in May 2024. I had no idea what to expect when I walked into Genesis in November 2022. I can say with pleasure that every aspect of my experience at Genesis was comfortable and positive. Dr Kotylar is kind, knowledgeable, caring and funny. He made the most uncomfortable comfortable and he has great analogies! The IVF nurses, receptionists and techs were warm, welcoming and patient. Great team! Cannot express my gratitude enough!
