Possible heart attack
I had a stiff neck, tinging and some numbness down my arms and including my hands, which continued on and off for a couple of days. These could be partial heart attack symptoms - As precaution went to BSW Grapevine ER. Saw Dr. Hatcher - He listened and explained a plan to see what's going on and did many tests, then explained what he found. He was direct, thorough and frank. Excellent doctor.

Don’t ever allow him to care for you. He will rush you and pay no attention to your actual needs. At 15.5 weeks pregnant he prescribed my codiene for a headache. Instead of running the proper tests to find out I had a serious sinus infection that needed to be flushed out. Not given narcotics for my baby and I to consume and risk becoming addicted. Glad I went and found a second opinion and followed my gut cause he’s ridiculous and can’t be trusted.

Terrible doctor – Jun 10, 2021

When I have anxiety attacks I cannot feel my legs, arms, or face. I lose my words. I can think clearly but I cannot speak clearly. I have no strength. Sometimes I also get chest pains from the anxiety. I did this on 1/10/2020. I was at hospital because my husband was in the hospital. I started having chest pains and all prior mentioned symptoms so I was taken to ER. A man scolded me because I could not get out of the wheel chair on my own in Triage. By the time I was to get in bed in ER I was scolded the second time. A lady helped me both times. I told the man to leave my room. I told Dr that came in ( in slurred speech) that I had anxiety and the dates I was there before. Told them I had taken my prescription before coming to ER and it did not help. I was given haloperidol along with Toradol. Haloperidol is NOT for anxiety. It is an antipsychotic drug. This was the wrong drug. I take blood pressure med and have heart rhythm issues. This drug can cause these as side effects.

My husband was seen by Dr. Hatcher who was helpful and listened to our concerns which led him to look more in depth at my husband's symptoms. We were provided good treatment optios and clear instructions for what follow up was needed.

Dr. Hatcher provided the very best care for our daughter this week. He was prompt in diagnosing the issue and arranging for an emergency surgery for her. We are very indebted to him for his knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend his bedside manner, as well.

I'm actually reviewing this doctor according to my daughter's recent visit to the Baylor emergency room in Grapevine, TX. My daughter has been to this ER on many occasions but she does have multiple health issues. Even if she didn't have legit reasons this doctor should not have entered her room saying "Oh I see you have been here at least twice a month for some time, oh wait you did have a break here". This made my daughter feel awful & that she was being a bother to this doctor. To be con't.
